In accordance with Article 16 (1) of the 'Korean Depository Receipt Agreement'
signed by Access Bio and the Korea Securities Depository on March 11, 2013, the
Record Date for determining the shareholders in 2023 has been set as
December 31, 2024. Voting rights for the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
will be granted to those shareholders who are listed in the Korea Securities
Depository’s register of real shareholders.
Please be advised that conversion between KDRs (Korean Depository Receipts)
and the original stocks will not be possible from December 31, 2024, to January
31, 2025.
